Give feedback on River Levels

Your feedback will help us improve this service.

Help us improve

One or two lines is enough. You can answer either question:

  • Did River Levels give you the information you needed today?
  • What one thing would make it more useful?

If relevant, tell us the river or measuring station and whether you used the website, a Daily update or a Weekly summary.

You can also email hello@riverlevels.ie.

What to include

Tell us:

  • which page, place or measuring station you were using
  • what happened and what you expected to happen
  • which device and browser you were using, if the problem was technical

Do not include passwords, your exact home address or other information that is not needed to understand your feedback.

Do not use feedback to report an emergency or ask for urgent flooding help.

The inbox is not monitored continuously and River Levels does not issue warnings.

Check current warnings on Met Éireann. If there is an immediate danger to life, call 112 or 999.
